Chartered Surveyor Paul Jon Thorsen is the founder of TØRVIK Ltd, with over 30 years’ experience in the property world across both public and private sectors. Paul has an extensive background in property development, investing, project management, and contract administration under JCT Contracts. He has held Senior Investment Manager roles in the UK with top tier Fund Managers and acted in a Senior Advisory role to a European Multi Family Office based in Switzerland and various Scandinavian Clients.

As well as overseeing numerous construction projects, he has a track record of deploying £multi-million of investor capital into commercial, and mixed-use property acquisitions. With a disciplined, value-driven approach, Paul has built a diverse portfolio of income-producing assets, development opportunities, and strategic land positions for clients.

His strategy for all projects focuses on getting the right team together and providing high-quality work and a value driven approach for clients. For investing, Paul identifies underperforming or mispriced assets and enhances value through active asset management, repositioning, and, where appropriate, planning-led development.

Paul oversees all aspects of construction project management, the investment lifecycle, including financing, stakeholder management, and exit strategy.

Sara is a Consultant to TØRVIK and highly regarded in senior investment circles throughout Europe. Sara provides asset management, sustainability and ESG services to TØRVIK when required.

She has over 20 years experience in global property markets working for Swiss and German Investment Banks, Financial Institutions and Multi Family Offices (MFO) both in Europe and in the USA.

An expert in property investment, ESG and asset management, Sara manages her own European property portfolio and identifies key sustainability metrics within property projects in order to drive long term success with client portfolios. Sara studied Finance at INSEAD International Business School.

Sara writes investment, sustainability and ESG strategy papers for TØRVIK. She is head of our ESG Committee and a member of our Investment Committee.

Reece joins TØRVIK to provide technical assistance and due diligence expertise on various construction related activities. His support and experience is invaluable to the business as he continues advising on property refurbishment, asset inspections, project management, dealing with contractors, contract administration duties and maintaining contact with our clients and investors.

Reece is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a RICS Registered Valuer.

He is a graduate of the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester. and is a member of our Investment and ESG Committees.

Stu has been working in a senior management customer facing role for the past 15 years prior to joining us and runs his own successful business. Stu is called in at strategic times to assist with a various range of projects and different functions of the company as a consultant on the the surveying side of the business and as contracts manager on the construction side of the business.
